Return & Refund Policy Terms
We want you to love your fresh fits and daily rotation items. If an item does not fit as expected or arrives damaged, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery across Bangladesh.
All returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Non-returnable categories include innerwear, customized apparel, and clearance sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

Submit Request
Contact our customer support team with your order ID, items to return, and reason for exchange or refund.

Pack & Label
Carefully repack the unworn items with original packaging, tags, and receipt in a secure parcel.

Courier Pickup
Our partner courier will collect the package from your address or you can drop it off at designated points.

Refund or Credit
Once inspected at our hub, your exchange item, store credit, or direct refund will be processed within 3 business days.
